Our luxurious weight loss boot camp in Morocco will be held at our new stunning venue in Marrakech, with outstanding grounds, swimming pools and a fabulous Spa. Our trainers will motivate you to reach new fitness levels and offer extensive classes in strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and flexibility. All three areas of fitness are mutually important and this will be taught to you throughout your stay. This week will offer an incredible challenge and ensure you reach new levels of fitness in each area.

The most important compliment to enhanced fitness and weight loss is to get plenty of rest. Throughout your stay you can enjoy some time to yourself beside the pool and book some relaxing treatments at the wonderful spa. We would highly recommend the hammam and body scrub with massage; it is unique to Morocco and a real treat!

I came to New You in 2008 to tone up for my wedding. Two children later, and four stone in weight gain, here I am again!
