Our newest addition to our portfolio has been developed for all of you looking to accomplish a complete transformation. Well being isn't just about the physical aspects of fitness and nutrition. It's also about achieving a healthy and happy mindset that allows you to enjoy your life. Our holistic boot camp was specially designed to help you look and feel amazing, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of your health. Through a combination of fitness, hiking, yoga, therapeutic nutrition, therapies and rapid transformational therapy, we can help you to change both your lifestyle and your mindset, helping you to achieve your goals now and in the future.
Our week long holistic boot camp features a range of fitness and hiking sessions, including trips to explore the Marrakech Medina and souks, and hiking in either the Atlas Mountains or the Ourika Valley. These exercise sessions are a very important part of each boot camp, as they are both an excellent way to shed the pounds and look amazing, and are also an incredibly effective form of stress reduction. This allows us to tackle both the physical and mental aspects of your health, helping you to improve your cardio, strength and conditioning, whilst also reducing stress and providing a feeling of happiness and positivity.
Our holistic boot camp also features a range of yoga sessions, including yin yoga, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga, just to name a few! Yoga offers a more gentle approach to fitness, and its stretching and breathing techniques will encourage a sense of calmness and relaxation. This provides an excellent way to build strength and tone your muscles, whilst also encouraging you to free your mind and focus on creating a healthy mindset. There is nothing more rejuvenating than a calming yoga session in the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of the Moroccan countryside.
Our nutrition team will provide an array of delicious and nutritious meals throughout your stay with us, and will also provide both cooking demonstrations and nutrition talks to ensure you are well prepared to continue your healthy eating plan following your stay. Our nutrition team focus on more than just weight loss, and understand that outside factors, including stress, sleep deprivation, metabolism, blood sugar balance, inappropriate digestion, food allergies, intolerance and thyroid problems, can all create nutritional boundaries for our clients. With this in mind, we've designed a fresh approach to our nutrition, which addresses these issues and encourages detoxification in a gentle way. This helps to enhance metabolism, energy and digestion by delivering nutrients that support gut flora and fibre requirements, without compromising on taste and presentation.
We understand that some clients may have some mental barriers which need to be broken down in order to achieve their full potential. This is why our holistic boot camp also features rapid transformational therapy from a leading RTT expert and transformational coach, Annabella Zeiddar. Through a combination of coaching and RTT, Annabella can help clients to target the root cause of these barriers, resolving past emotional wounds and empowering clients to achieve their goals. Annabella is particularly adept in helping overcome issues such as lack of confidence or self worth, anxiety and depression, weight issues, and even fears and addictions. By tackling these problems head on, our clients are empowered to overcome limiting beliefs and self doubt, and become able to step out of their comfort zone and achieve the life they had previously only dreamed of!
Our holistic boot camp also allows our clients to enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation, giving you time to wind down and do more of what you enjoy. You will have time to socialise with other guests, to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, to take a dip in our luxury pool, or to simply read that book that you just haven't found time for. Our venue also includes an exquisite luxury spa and hammam, giving our guests access to a range of beauty and relaxation therapies.

This book is excellent for teaching us all a lesson in how to eat, what to eat, the basic rules of exercising that come with it, and changing your attitude to the way you eat and still enjoying every last mouthful! These girls have worked extremely hard and with them being voted Europe's number one boot camp, what more can I say but buy it!
I came to New You in 2008 to tone up for my wedding. Two children later, and four stone in weight gain, here I am again! I've lost 32lbs since January and now I am ready to get fit and lose the last of the weight. Thank you to Lisa for always being on hand to deal with problems and answering questions. Staffs Simpson and Evans are fantastic trainers, with great knowledge of training , injuries and nutrition. Chef Juta - thank you for the lovely food - it's been tasty and has kept me going all week!
