Our Ethos
New You Boot Camp fitness days across the UK will only be £25 for the entire day from the point of booking. These days are perfect for pre-training and after care. It is truly important to us that you get the most out of your week at New You Boot Camp, and that you go on to keep up the results you gain with us. Implementing the changes we have taught you is imperative for you to reach your goals and change your habits.
Recipes
We keep a wide range of delicious and healthy recipes which can be accessed from our recipe archive. In addition, recipes from your week with New You Escapes are emailed directly to you, so you can start to cook the wonderful food that you enjoyed during your stay with us!
Food Diary Service
New You Escapes operates a food diary service. If you would like the New You Escapes team to look into your diet upon your return home, please feel free to call head office and we will arrange a member of the team to look through your food diary once a week. We have found this to be a really helpful tool to assist our clients in achieving their health goals.
Breaks and Reunions
New You Escapes provides a range of bespoke fitness days, and top up weekends or reunions can easily be arranged - we love catching up with our clientele and finding out how you're getting on! Our bespoke fitness days and weekends are designed for groups of eight or more. Many people like to bring friends and family members with them who haven't previously attended one of our residential weeks, and we are more than happy to accommodate this! Due to the wide range of group sizes, we can only provide a price on application. If you're interested in booking a fitness day or a weekend top up, please get in contact and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
Discounts
Many of our clients come to our courses regularly, and as such, we would like to show you our gratitude. If you are considering booking again, we are offering £70 if you book on camp and £50 off any advertised offers if booked within two weeks of your last stay. So if you are returning, please do give us a call and we can take your booking in advance to make sure you can make the most of this returner offer! You can also benefit from 10% discount on any treatments - 10% discount if you book 2 or 3 camps per year - Free upgrade on camp if there is availabilty once the holidays has started.
