Live and Online
Boot Camp at Home aims to offer you the complete New You Boot Camp experience live and online. Our experts bring you a packed timetable and all the tools and tips for resetting your body and kick starting your diet and fitness.
PT Dave Morgan and his workout partner in crime Stevie bring you your morning and evening live exercise session; nutritionists Claudia and Yusimi will share their nutrition expertise and will run a couple of cook-a-long sessions; Jane will take you through an enlightening yoga session and all experts will be online for the lock-down Q&A session. In addition, we will send you an easy, nutritious diet plan to help you reach your fitness and diet goals quickly.
All sessions will be run via Zoom, enabling you to engage and chat with our experts, just as though we were on a New You Escape!

How it works?
On booking, your will be provided with the week's full and detailed schedule, extensive diet plan with all recipes and cooking instructions, the links to be able to download the Zoom software and the individual session session ID's and passwords for each.
If you have never used Zoom before, then one of our team members would be happy to help you set this up and run set up a test session with you before we go live.
Day 1 - 10 am, welcome, 11.00 am Nutrition, 12.00 cook along, 17.00 pm cook along, 18.00 pm live Q&A session and body measurements.
Day 2 - 10 am Shred workout, 6 pm Redzone
Day 3 - 10 am Bootcamp, 12 noon Cook-a-long easy lunch, 6 pm Core.
Day 4 - 10 am Hatha Yoga, 6 pm RedZone
Day 5 - 10 am HIIT, 6 pm Q&A
Day 6 - 10 am Shred, 6 pm Redzone
Day 7 - 10 am Bootcamp, 11 am final Q&A's and body measurements/results
Claudia Le Feuvre
Claudia is a Nutritional Therapist, Eating Psychology Coach, and Master NLP Practitioner.
Dave is a Former RAF Physical Training Instructor and Remedial Instructor of 17 years.
Jane has been a Hatha Yoga instructor since 2004 and is also a Yin Yoga/Chinese medicine expert.
Bootcamp Manager & Nutritionist
Yusimi runs all bootcamps and has recently qualified as a PN nutrition coach.
